Amanda is a compassionate therapist who believes in meeting clients where they are in their healing journey. She earned her Master’s in Clinical Social Work from the University of Central Florida and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS). Amanda is also a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor® and trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). She provides a holistic, nonjudgmental approach focused on helping clients build practical coping skills and create meaningful, realistic goals.
